

The only problem is that her character arc is very reminiscent of another new character that was introduced in Digimon tri., so it can be quite predictable if you have been keeping up with current Digimon media. The new character, Menoa Belluci, does get a lot of screentime devoted to her. Tech whizz Izzy and the entire Digimon 02 cast are there as supporting characters, while the rest of the Digidestined make sporadic appearances throughout the film. The story centres around Matt and Tai finding a way to avoid severing their connection with Gabumon and Agumon. series of movies, anyone who grew up with the original two Digimon Adventure animes can jump right into this finale. Though this movie is still somewhat of a sequel to the Digimon tri. Overall, the story is well-paced and wastes no time in getting things moving, though it is a little sad that the rest of the cast does not get as much screentime as Tai and Matt. Menoa says this is an indicator that their time with their Digimon is coming to an end. They soon find out that a rogue Digimon named Eosmon is the culprit and, after a disastrous battle against it, both Tai and Matt find a timer on their Digivices. Menoa has been investigating a curious case where several Digidestined around the world fall into comas. They soon meet up with Izzy, who was contacted by a professor named Menoa Belluci. The story begins with Tai, Kari, and T.K taking down a wild Parrotmon in downtown Tokyo before Matt comes in with Garurumon with the save. Note: While the English dubbed version of this film is not out yet, we will still refer to the characters and Digimon with their English-dubbed names, since those are more commonly known to English-speaking audiences.
